Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

2.70%
Median Private Equity
2.53%

Median across 31 funds in this asset class in our database, based on the PRIIPs KID. No statement about quality — cost structures differ depending on the strategy and on target-fund layers.

How the performance fee works

DOES NOT APPLY at fund level, as no performance fee is charged ('Hurdle Rate: None'). At the level of the target funds, however, the usual venture capital carried interest arises (typically 20 %); this is not disclosed separately but is included in the total costs

Costs per the key information document

2.7 % p.a. ongoing costs (KID class I) plus 0.1 % transaction costs; TER according to the data provider 2.68 % (class I) and 2.98 % (class R)

Fee layers / double charging

UNAMBIGUOUS DOUBLE CHARGING - FUND-OF-FUNDS STRUCTURE. The fund 'enables participation in a portfolio of VENTURE CAPITAL AND PRIVATE EQUITY FUNDS through investments in PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TARGET FUNDS'. It therefore invests exclusively in target funds, not directly. At target-fund level, management fees (typically 2.0–2.5 % for VC) and carried interest (typically 20 %) arise in addition. The discrepancy between the management fee of 0.39–0.99 % p.a. depending on the share class and the 2.4 % management fee, or 3.3 % total cost impact, disclosed in the KID is attributable precisely to this second level - a particularly well documented example of the fund-level management fee being a misleading indicator of the actual charge

All figures come from our analysis of provider documents (product data as at 19 Aug 2026, distribution data as at 12 Aug 2026) and have not been conclusively verified.
