Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

Median Private Equity

Median across 31 funds in this asset class in our database, based on the PRIIPs KID. No statement about quality — cost structures differ depending on the strategy and on target-fund layers.

How the performance fee works

KID wording: 'Up to 12.50 % of the TOTAL NET RETURNS generated by the fund in the period. This fee is subject to the HIGH-WATER MARK and the PREFERRED RETURN THRESHOLD OF 5 %, as set out in the prospectus.' From this: (a) assessed at WHOLE-FUND LEVEL (whole-fund, 'total net returns ... generated by the fund'), NOT deal-by-deal; (b) basis of assessment = total net return (total return including unrealised changes in value), not realised gains only; (c) HURDLE/preferred return 5.00 % p.a. (simple interest according to the database position to date); (d) HIGH-WATER MARK in place - the reference NAV is the higher of the high water mark and the money-weighted price; (e) performance period = calendar year, with monthly accrual (database position to date, not confirmed in the KID); (f) whether the hurdle is hard or soft with catch-up is NOT stated in the KID - n/a

Costs per the key information document

PRIIPs KID class C1 Accu EUR (6 May 2026): management/operating costs 2.20 % p.a. (EUR 220 per EUR 10,000), transaction costs 0.10 % p.a., performance fee EUR 162 p.a. = 1.62 % p.a. (five-year average). Annual total cost impact: 3.9 % on exit after 1 year, 4.4 % p.a. after 5 years (EUR 392 and EUR 3,666 respectively). Calendar-year return before costs 16.0 %, after costs 11.6 %. A TER of 1.95 % disclosed elsewhere covers the management fee only.

05Redemption & liquidity

Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.

Units can be redeemed quarterly; notice must be given 30 days before the date; on each date the fund redeems at most 5 % of fund assets; for the first 24 months after subscription no redemption is possible.

1 · Lock-up24 months from subscription
2 · Notice period30 days before the date
3 · Redemption datequarterly
4 · Gatemax. 5 % per date
5 · Payout18 days after the date

The gate caps redemptions at 5 % of fund assets per date. If more investors want out at the same time, orders are scaled back pro rata or deferred to the next date.

From the notice being received to the money reaching your account: typically around 48 to 140 days — depending on how far away the next redemption date is. If the gate bites or redemptions are suspended, it can take considerably longer.

Redemption per the document

Quarterly

Gate per the document

Quarterly gate of 5 % of the NAV as at the previous quarter's dealing day (the board may increase it); in addition an ELTIF redemption limit: 27.30 % derived from UCITS-liquid assets + a 12-month cash-flow forecast. During the minimum holding period (2 years from initial subscription, reducible to 1 year) only hardship redemptions of up to 0.5 % of NAV per quarter. Redemption in kind is not permitted; payment within 60 calendar days of the dealing day.

Fee layers / double charging

DISCLOSED AS SINGLE-LAYER IN PRINCIPLE, BUT WITH A SECOND LEVEL. The KID makes clear that the 2.20 % include 'all underlying product costs' (other than transaction costs) - double charging is therefore already factored into the figure disclosed. Structurally there are two levels: (a) the fund level; (b) the fund also makes equity investments by INVESTING AT A SECONDARY LEVEL IN UNDERLYING INVESTMENT FUNDS focused on private equity, as well as via subsidiary holding companies, partnerships and co-investment vehicles. The emphasis, however, is on DIRECT CO-INVESTMENTS alongside private equity sponsors (primary or secondary), which are single-layer. In addition, liquid investment funds (money market/CLO/equities/bonds) may be held - likewise a second fee layer

All figures come from our analysis of provider documents (product data as at 19 Aug 2026, distribution data as at 12 Aug 2026) and have not been conclusively verified.
