So far only a single unit price is documented — too little for a chart. The series grows with every data update.

Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

Strategy

Secondaries Buyout Primaries / Target Funds

Focus on direct investments and secondaries with an emphasis on operating assets with downside protection; portfolio 31 May 2026: direct 76 %, secondary 20 %, primary 4 %; focus on mid-market buyout; exposure to >150 GPs

Portfolio composition

Median Private Equity
2.53%

Median across 31 funds in this asset class in our database, based on the PRIIPs KID. No statement about quality — cost structures differ depending on the strategy and on target-fund layers.

How the performance fee works

NO HURDLE RATE. Under 'Hurdle Rate' the KID expressly states 'High-Water-Mark 0' - i.e. there is no preferred return; the only threshold is the HIGH-WATER MARK. The fee therefore accrues on the entire increase in value above the previous peak, with no minimum return. Accordingly there is also NO catch-up (since no catch-up is needed without a hurdle). Measured at whole-fund level (whole-fund, HWM-based), NOT deal-by-deal. Measurement basis: NAV performance, hence TOTAL RETURN including unrealised appreciation. Crystallisation frequency and the question of an HWM reset: n/a

Costs per the key information document

Class PR-H-ACC EUR (LU2716887091): management/operating costs around 2.6 % p.a.; transaction costs around 0.1 % p.a.; performance fee 15 %. ANNUAL TOTAL COST IMPACT (reduction in yield): around 5.0 % p.a. Expected net return according to the KID scenario (5 years, moderate scenario) 8.7 % p.a.; i.e. the costs of around 5 % p.a. are about half as large as the expected gross return

05Redemption & liquidity

Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.

Units can be redeemed quarterly; notice must be given 65 days before the date; on each date the fund redeems at most 5 % of fund assets.

1 · Lock-upnot documented
2 · Notice period65 days before the date
3 · Redemption datequarterly
4 · Gatemax. 5 % per date
5 · Payoutnot documented

The gate caps redemptions at 5 % of fund assets per date. If more investors want out at the same time, orders are scaled back pro rata or deferred to the next date.

Redemption per the document

'Dealing Day means a day on which shares are issued, redeemed or converted. The Dealing Day is specified for each Sub-Fund in the relevant Supplement.' The sub-fund is an 'Open-ended Sub-Fund' ('the Shares of such Sub-Fund may be redeemed at the request of a Shareholder during the life of the Sub-Fund'). The specific frequency is set out in the supplement, which is missing from the text extract

Source: Prospectus March 2025, Definitions 'Dealing Day' and 'Open-ended Sub-Fund'

Gate per the document

Redemptions on each dealing day are capped at a percentage of net asset value; that percentage may be reduced further in the interests of the fund (limited to a maximum of 2 consecutive years); redemptions may be suspended. The exact percentage is not quantified in the factsheet

Notice period

The prospectus defines only a cut-off time by which subscription, redemption and conversion requests must reach the registrar and transfer agent; the specific period is set by the relevant supplement for each sub-fund or share class. According to the information available the period is 65 days; it is not quantified in the prospectus.

Fee layers / double charging

MIXED. The strategy consists of DIRECT INVESTMENTS and SECONDARY FUND INVESTMENTS. For the secondary fund investments, management fees and carried interest of the respective GPs arise in addition at the level of the target funds acquired (double charging); the direct investments are single-level. This explains the difference between 2.6 % management/operating costs and around 5 % total cost impact. IMPORTANT FOR THE DATABASE: this fund is at the same time the MASTER FUND of the feeder listed in position 4, 'onemarkets Alternatives Partners Group Private Equity Evergreen Fund' - investors in the feeder bear the costs disclosed here in addition to the feeder's fee level
