Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

Target return per the provider: Not documented; KID return scenario: moderate scenario 15.9 % p.a. if held for 5 years

Strategy

Secondaries Primaries / Target Funds

Predominantly direct investments 'direct-to-cap-table' in private companies (primary and secondary transactions), deliberately without an intermediate SPV layer; target allocation after ramp-up approx. 80 % private companies (predominantly mid/late stage and pre-IPO) and approx. 20 % listed high-conviction names; exposure range 75–85 % private / 15–25 % public and other liquid assets

Portfolio composition

Target allocation after the ramp-up period: 'Approximately 80% in private companies, primarily mid to late stage and pre-IPO' and 'Approximately 20% in high conviction public companies aligned with the same innovation themes'. Portfolio as at 31 Jul 2026 (holding names lost in the text extraction, percentages only): 32.28 %, 16.06 %, 9.16 % (cash), 7.37 %, 6.42 %, 4.43 %, 3.56 %, 3.27 %, 3.21 %, 2.57 %, 2.57 %, 2.56 %, 1.98 %, 1.60 %, 1.54 %, 1.41 % (total 100.0 %)

This fund
2.45%
Median Private Equity
2.53%

Median across 31 funds in this asset class in our database, based on the PRIIPs KID. No statement about quality — cost structures differ depending on the strategy and on target-fund layers.

How the performance fee works

A COMBINATION OF HURDLE AND HIGH-WATER MARK: the KID states '7% p.a. + High-Water-Mark' - the performance fee of 12.5 % arises only if BOTH conditions are met: a return above 7 % p.a. AND above the previous high-water mark. Assessed at whole-fund level (whole-fund, since it is based on the HWM and on the return), NOT deal-by-deal - the fund makes exclusively direct investments in any event. Whether the 7 % hurdle is hard (excess only) or soft with catch-up is NOT disclosed - not documented. Catch-up: not documented. Crystallisation: not documented. Basis of assessment: NAV-based, and therefore total return including unrealised gains (dependent on valuations, given 75-85 % illiquid private companies) - not expressly confirmed

Costs per the key information document

EUR class: management fee 2.7 % p.a.; TRANSACTION COSTS: NONE disclosed ('Transaction Costs: None'). ANNUAL TOTAL COST IMPACT (reduction in yield): approx. 3.1 % p.a. Expected net return according to the KID scenario (5 years, moderate scenario) 15.9 % p.a. Separate disclosure of the performance fee's cost impact: n/a

05Redemption & liquidity

Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.

Units can be redeemed quarterly; notice must be given 30 days before the date; on each date the fund redeems at most 5 % of fund assets; for the first 12 months after subscription no redemption is possible.

1 · Lock-up12 months from subscription
2 · Notice period30 days before the date
3 · Redemption datequarterly
4 · Gatemax. 5 % per date
5 · Payoutnot documented

The gate caps redemptions at 5 % of fund assets per date. If more investors want out at the same time, orders are scaled back pro rata or deferred to the next date.

Gate per the document

Redemptions quarterly, capped at 5 % of NAV per quarter; individual requests may be scaled back pro rata. Notice period 30 days. Before that, a twelve-month ramp-up period applies during which no redemptions are possible ('a 12-month ramp-up period during which redemptions will not be permitted'); with the share classes launched on 27 Feb 2026 it runs until 26 Feb 2027. First redemptions are therefore in practice possible no earlier than Q2 2027.

Note on the classes
Three share classes. The provider's coding: <fee code>(R&P)(C|SF)(PF)(MLY)(ACC)(<currency>) — R&P = retail & professional, C = clean (no distribution fee), SF = sales fee (distribution class), PF = performance fee, MLY = monthly subscription, ACC = accumulating. The main class shown is IE000DVU5N80 = E1 (USD): base currency, clean, accumulating, accessible to retail investors. The EUR class IE0007OY3DL2 (FSC1-E2, WKN A42023) is a distribution class carrying a sales fee and therefore not the main class despite its relevance for Germany; the third class is FSC1-D2 (GBP) IE000XVPN0V6. All three were launched on 27 Feb 2026 and are accumulating.
